There are days that take the breath out of you, and that includes when you struggle through the loss of a loved one. You try to live life as normal, but you feel numb inside. This painting captures that season where you struggle, but lean on the Lord and you will make it through.

This piece is part of the "Beauty for Ashes" series that explores the meaning and impacts of grief. There are four paintings in the series.
