Refund and Return Policy

The buyer agrees to the conditions below when making a purchase in this store.

Timeline

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Do not return an item without emailing me to request a return first and to discuss the reason for your request.

It is critical that you inspect your order upon receipt and let me know immediately if the item was damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item.

Return Eligibility

To start a return, contact me at amanda@littlehavenartstudio.com for assistance. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging (if received by mail). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will be responsible for costs in shipping the item back.

Return Acceptance

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected for damage and I will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within a few business days. Please contact your bank or credit card company for information on how long it will take them to process and release the refund, as that is out of my control.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and discounted items of any category are not eligible for exchange or return.
