A Little About Me: Amanda Craig
My name is Amanda Craig, and I am an emerging mixed media artist based in Bastrop, Texas, creating under the name of Little Haven Art Studio.
Inspiration
There has always been a quiet thread running through my work—
a pull toward light, even in its most subtle forms.
Not the kind that demands attention, but the kind that reveals itself from the side.
The kind that changes a space without announcing it.
I create from the belief that beauty is not separate from truth.
That what we choose to live with, and what we place on our walls, quietly shapes us.
Depth is not something to avoid, but something through which truth and beauty become more meaningful.
You'll find layered textures, rich tones, and symbolic elements woven into my work.
Florals that speak to growth and renewal.
Jewel tones that speak of crowns laid at the feet of our Savior.
Metallics that shimmer with a reminder of something more enduring than us.
Composition that sometimes invites stillness rather than urgency.
These pieces are not created to simply be seen.
They are created to be lived with, considered, and experienced.
To become part of a home's rhythm.
To hold presence in a room.
To offer something steady, even as life moves around it.
I am drawn to those who are curating their spaces with intention—
who believe their homes can reflect not just their style,
but their values, their faith, their becoming.

Your Artistic Journey
This is where I could be talking about my journey as an artist, but I'm not because the artistic story here is truly about you.
There are too many American homes filled with mass-produced home decor. These items represent wasted money, wasted time, and wasted resources. These items fill our homes and eventually our landfills.
You deserve original art. Beauty that captures your life experiences in thoughtful moments or emotions, and specifically and with intention, grace your walls. They tell your story.
Your story may be photographs and painting, or it may be ceramics and macrame. But whatever your story looks like, tell it.
Be courageous. Be unique. Be a voice. Explain why you choose to carefully curate your home with essential pieces that are mindfully purchased and represent who you are–your beliefs, your colors, your memories, your loves, your all.
