Inspiration

Sovereignty is an anchor of the Magnify collection, exploring the strength and unchanging nature of Christ's kingship.

The original painting featured an oversized iris bloom with a glamorous composition of amethyst purple, cerulean blue, gray, and shimmering silver. Art Deco-inspired motifs create a sense of structure and majesty, while the flower introduces a softer expression of beauty and tenderness.

At the heart of the painting is a simple truth: Jesus is both the Creator who gives us beauty and the King who reigns over all of it. Sovereignty became a reminder that beneath everything that changes, He remains King.

• Plush velvet is a smooth, luxurious, shiny fabric with a dense short pile. 
• The back is Black Soft Sherpa Fleece.
• Sherpa fleece is a beautifully soft, thick and warm polyester fleece. It is shaggy and soft and resembles the coat of a sheep.
• Blanket is labeled with a custom tag by Little Haven Art Studio. 

How Is It Made?

Handmade to order using the finest fabrics and inks for a long-lasting and timeless home furnishing. Plush velvet is sewn onto warm, soft Sherpa fleece for a thick, double layer. The manufacturer uses dye sublimation so the inks are fused deep into the fibers of the fabric, so the design won't crack, peel away or scratch off. The hems are neatly sewn, providing a seamless finish. 

Care Instructions

Wash at 86°F, low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron.

Care tips for plus velvet by the manufacturer, Contrado:

"Our Plush Velvet has a soft pile and luxe sheen, which may show lines, shading, or pressure marks, especially in areas of solid colour. These are common with all velvet fabrics and part of the natural character — not flaws or defects. Why this happens: Velvet’s pile shifts with handling, folding, or pressure. Light reflects differently depending on fibre direction. Marks like this are often called shading, pressure lines, or nap marks. How to refresh: Gently steam or hover a steamer above the surface. Brush lightly in the direction of the nap with a soft fabric brush. With gentle care, your velvet will stay plush and beautiful."
